Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain the right to decline or revoke Your Application at any point in time due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

1. Embassy or third-party system downtime and unavailability,
2. Mistakes in fee descriptions,
3. Mistakes in Your Application,
4. Any other unforeseeable or inevitable circumstances.

Additionally, we hold the right to refuse or cancel Your Application if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.

Please note that E-visas are not refundable, and our policy is strictly NO REFUNDS. Even if your visa is denied by the embassy/consulate or concerned authorities, Visaero will not be responsible for refunding the visa fees or the Visaero service fees.

If You choose to overstay at a particular destination without proper approval, You shall be responsible for bearing any penalty charges, disciplinary action, or legal proceedings by the Government or other concerned authorities. Visaero will not be held accountable for any such actions.

Visaero reserves the right to modify, alter, cancel, or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
